Our minds are being shaped all the time, but we have a great freedom, to presue the mind that flourish. We have to feed our minds with noble thoughts. It is for you to have a mind characterized by an ever-lasting flow of spirit-guided, truth-based life producing thoughts and feelings.

Essential oils like eucalyptus and lavender have been shown to have substantial health benefits. Here is a little history about salts, in Acient China, Acient Egypt, Greece and Rome, bath salts were used for healing and to look youthful. Bath salts have a high density in minerals. Just to name a few of those minerals; calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Salts detoxifies your body and soften your skin. Salt soaks also easy sore muscles.
