Ancient Egyptians used candles around 3000 B.C. and Romans were responsible for inventing dipped candles. The Europeans started using beeswax candles, beeswax burn brighter and longer with less smoke. In the mid-1980's candles were used for decorative items, mood-setters and gifts. Today candles serve to symbolize a celebration, ignite romance, soothe the senses, honor a cermony and casting a warm a lovely glow for all to enjoy.
Candles are a source of calm and relaxation making a room feel comfortable or cozy.
Safety Tips:
Always follow the basic rules for fire safety..
Do not put out a candle with water.
Candle soot is not harmful.

Parafin and soy wax burn equally clean.
Stop burning a candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
